Borderlands was a sleeper hit, combining charming cell-shaded graphics with run and gun gameplay, topped by a Diabloesque loot frenzy. Borderlands 2 will start an entirely new cast of characters, with new abilities. Since I’m a gamer, and thus programmed to fear change, this bothers me. Still, it’s good to see the game is doing well and recaptures the magic of cruising Pandora.
